Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled if we receive your message before the product has been shipped or produced.
Once the order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.
If we receive your email in time, we will issue a full refund.
Returns (if applicable)
We accept returns on products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 30 days after delivery.
Refunds can only be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected. We cannot provide a refund without receiving the item back.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, untested, and undamaged
- For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that show any signs of wear, use, stretching, or contact with feet/skin
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We do not provide prepaid return labels.
No restocking fee will be charged for returned products.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
Depending on the situation, we may offer:
- A replacement product, or
- A refund, at our discretion
We reserve the right to assess the damage before approving a replacement or refund.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once the returned item arrives at our warehouse, it undergoes a quality inspection.
We reserve the right to decline a refund in the following cases:
- The product is damaged
- The product shows visible signs of wear or use (even minimal)
- The product is returned without its original packaging
- The product is not hygienically acceptable for resale
If the return does not meet all requirements, we will notify you by email and no refund will be issued.
If the customer chooses to have the item sent back, they are responsible for the return shipping costs.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
Failed Delivery / Unclaimed Packages
We are not responsible for failed or incomplete deliveries caused by the shipping carrier or by the customer, including but not limited to:
- The customer not being available to accept the delivery
- The customer refusing the package
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect the package from the carrier or pickup point
- Delivery issues caused by the courier
No refunds will be issued for orders that are not delivered due to the reasons listed above.
We are happy to assist the customer in contacting the courier and helping resolve the delivery issue. However, once the order has been shipped, the delivery process is handled by the shipping carrier and is outside of our control.
If the package is returned to us due to a failed delivery, additional shipping fees may apply if the customer requests reshipment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
